We cannot thank Joe and Robyn enough for their help with our last 3 moves. They have helped us find a rental in the midst of covid, purchase a home and then sell a home. They have been phenomenal resources for us- both guiding us through each process and additionally, helping us find professionals to fix repairs as needed. They are knowledgeable, kind and always willing to jump in to help us. They've helped us sweep leaves off our sidewalk in preparation of staging photographs, brought us moving boxes (more than once!), move furniture, help us give away items we no longer needed, arrange inspections, file paperwork, and answer MANY text questions. The list can go on- they've been such kind friends to us and we appreciate their friendship as we had an emotional goodbye to Smithville. Joe and Robyn became more like family than realtors.  From the staging of the property, to assisting with the contract items and then helping with the  home inspection punch list and than the CO.   They did it all, quickly and efficiently. And that creative special touch that Robyn does to market the property (real video narration).
